When is payment due?
A 50% deposit is due to secure the rental on your special day and the balance is due 72 hours prior to your special day.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We understand that things can change, so we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Yes, all our products come with delivery and set up services and that is included in the price. No separate fees.

What if something is damaged or missing?

We take great care to ensure that our rental items are in good condition, but accidents can happen. Please let us know immediately if there is any damage or if something is missing, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. We accept orders up to one year in advance, but please note that availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

If i bundle photography & a photobooth do i get any discount on decor?

Yes, if you purchase a bundle package you automatically get a 10% discount on any other rental items.
